Vatapa Brazil [ Udang Saus Pedas ]

2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 kg of shrimp is cooked
8 ounces French bread
½ teaspoon salt
2 cups coconut milk
½ cup of palm oil
Seasonings cookbook:
- Dried garlic powder
- Leaves soup / celery
- Ginger


How to cook:

Combine all ingredients [except shrimp] in a blender and grind until smooth. Pour the sauce into the pot and simmer until the mixture begins to thicken. Add the shrimp into it wait until about 10 minutes, remove from the heat then serve dishes with white rice and Brazilian Acaraje. Please enjoy.
